This method is no longer available. With the version 13 of Spapp Monitoring, 2019 release, you can use this Whatsapp Spy Tool even without ROOT or any other process. 1. First of all please check your current Whatsapp version
- Go to Settings from your phone`s Menu
- Click on More and then select Application Manager
- If the phone runs a newer version than Whatsapp 2.11.186 please uninstall it.

2. The next step is to download and install Whatsapp 2.11.186, the one in which you can see messages without root access.

3. Now setup WhatsApp messenger
- Choose your country, your code and type your phone number.
- Restore your backup.
- Leave the default name and click on the OK button.

4. Now verify your Whatsapp version from your phone's settings.
- If Whatsapp 2.11.186 is displayed then you are ready for the next step.

5. Now we will deactivate Whatsapp auto-update option
- Go to Google Play store,
- Press on menu button and after that disable auto-updates.

From this moment you can track Whatsapp messages even from phones that haven't been ROOTed. Please note that in this case, it will take approximately 24 hours in order for the logs to be decrypted and sent to the server.
