How to activate the Administrator rights
Hello! In this tutorial we will teach you how to enable and disable the Device Administrator Rights. By enabling this option you will prevent the application from being uninstalled without typing the password set by you during the registration process.
To Enable the Device Administrator Rights
1. Open the Dial pad of the target phone and type the default call commands for Administrator Rights (#123456#).
After that select the call button and your code will be processed
2. Select Request Administrator Rights option
3. Activate this feature
4. Now the Administrator Rights are enabled. Select the Exit button
Notes!
You can use call commands to Enable Device Administrator Rights only if you have installed Spapp Monitoring v7.0 or a higher version.
To Disable the Device Administrator Rights
1. Open the Dial pad of the target phone and type the default call commands for Administrator Rights (#123456#). After that select the call button and your code will be processed
2. Select the Disable Administrator Rights option
3. Type the password set by you during the registration process and select the Disable Administrator Rights option
4. Now the Administrator Rights are disabled. Select the Exit button. From this moment you can uninstall Spapp Monitoring like any other Android application.
Notes!
You can use call commands to Disable Device Administrator Rights only if you have installed Spapp Monitoring v7.0 or a higher version.
