Spapp Monitoring v6 - Call recording support
What do I need to do in order to record phone conversations?
In order to record phone conversations you need to have Spapp Monitoring version 6 installed on the phone you are tracking AND a paid subscription that includes the call recording feature. We recommend that you install the latest version of Phone Tracker.
Please check some of the new features of our Phone Monitoring App (that are available for newer versions): Spy Whatsapp, Hack Whatsapp, Facebook Spy, Telegram Spy, Snapchat Spy, Instagram spy, Sms spy, Spy camera app, Call recorder spy or Phone Tapping.
You can download the latest version from here.
Important note: Please uninstall any previous Spapp Monitoring versions you might have on the phone, before installing Spapp Monitoring v6.
Where can I find the audio recordings?
You can find all the phone call recordings in the Phone logs section of your account, on the Spapp Monitoring website. In order to download an audio recording, click on the Download Recording link displayed next to the phone call that you would like to listen.
If you have VLC installed on your computer, you will be able to listen the recordings directly online. Simply log in your account on our website, go to Phone Logs (from the left menu) and click on the Magnifying Glass next to the recording you want to listen.
I've downloaded an audio recording, but I can't open it!
Audio recordings can be opened with applications like Media Player Classic and VLC. Both of them can be downloaded and installed, free of charge.
I've downloaded an audio recording but I can barely hear anything. How can I enhance the volume?
You can enhance the volume from the application that you've used for opening the audio file. If you are using Media Player Classic, go to View > Options > Audio Switcher> Enable Built in audio switcher. Set Enable Normalize to 600%, and the Regain Volume Boost to maximum. Restart Media Player Classic in order to apply the changes.
The phone that I'm tracking didn't record any phone calls!
First of all, please make sure you have Spapp Monitoring version 6 installed on the phone you are tracking. We strongly recommend that you install the latest version of Phone Tracker in order to have the latest features.
If you still can't get the tracked phone to send audio recordings to the server, then the device itself might not be compatible with this feature. We've tested our application on several phone models that run the Android Operating System, but we can't guarantee that it will work on every device that is available worldwide.
By default, the application will try to record the entire phone conversation (microphone and headset/headphone). If the phone you are tracking can't record the first phone conversation (due to software limitations), the application will automatically change the audio source from voice call to microphone. From now on, the application will only record the microphone of the tracked phone, for all the phone calls that are made and received on the phone you are tracking.
You can also manually set the audio source to voice call or microphone from your account on our website.
The voice from my Bluetooth headset is not recorded!
Certain Bluetooth headsets have this limitation due to the lack of audio drivers made by phone manufacturer.
The voice from the headset is louder than the voice from microphone. Is this normal?
There may be some variations between the voice volume from the headset and the voice volume from the microphone. You can adjust this by lowering the headset volume.
How can I set the app to send the audio recordings to the server via Wi-Fi only?
You can lower Internet usage costs by using only Wi-Fi for sending audio recordings to the server. To do this, log in your account at https://www.spappmonitoring.com, go to Account (left menu) , click on Phone settings and set Use only wifi to transfer audio files to Yes.
Are there any sounds on the tracked phone while the phone call is being recorded?
No, there are no messages, sounds (beeps), or notifications displayed on the tracked phone, while the phone calls are being recorded. However you must inform the person that you are tracking.
How many phone calls can I record? Are there any limitations?
You can record as many phone calls you would like (regardless of their duration), as there are no software limitations.
