Starting with Spapp Monitoring v11 you can monitor the messages displayed on the notification bar even WITHOUT ROOT.
Q: What should I need to do to get this new feature?

Right after installing it grant access for reading the messages from notifications:

Q: The phone is receiving notifications but they are not tracked
A: Check the Android version
The "Push Notifications" feature was introduced by Google starting with Android v4.3 Jelly Bean.
Considering this the Facebook, WhatsApp, Viber, Skype, Line, Kik, Tango, Snapchat, Hangouts and Twitter messages will be tracked ONLY if the monitored device is running Android 4.3 or a higher version.
Q: The phone is not receiving notifications
A: Enable the notifications for a specific application.
For example go to System -> Application manager -> WhatsApp -> check Show notifications
On Android 6 you must go to System -> Apps -> WhatsApp -> Notifications -> uncheck Block all.
You may also need to enable show notifications from that specific social application.
Q: I do not see the text of the message
A: Configure the social application to show the message's preview in the notification.
For example go to Facebook messanger -> Settings -> Notification & Sounds -> check Notification previews
The only social application that does not display the text of the message is Snapchat.
Q: Will the messages be monitored even if the notifications are deleted / read immediately?
A: Yes, they will!
The Spapp Monitoring | Spy App for Mobile Phone observers will log the messages right after the Push Notifications will be displayed on the device.
Therefore this they will uploaded on your account even if the person will delete / read them immediately.
Q: I'm not receiving the full conversations
A: Only the Push Notification messages will be tracked

The latest Viber versions were updated and the messages might not be tracked for some Android versions.
We recommend to uninstall the current Viber version and make sure that the monitored device runs Viber v5.4, version which can be downlaoded from here: Viber v5.4
Furthermore you can disable the "Automatic Updates" features from Google Play right after installing Viber v5.4

A: Set the phone's language to English for avoinding any issue
We recommend to set the device to display the text on English:
Navigate from the phone's menu to Settings => Language and Input => Language => Select English
Q: The Tango messages are grouped
A: The notifications will be automatically grouped if 2 or more push notifications are detected.
If there is only 1 Tango notification then the content of that message will be fully monitored by our application.
However the Tango software will group the messages if 2 or more push notifications will be detected and on our website you will see message similar to "2 New Messages".
This is how the Tango app was developed and we can not modify this.
