From newer version of the app, sending commands to the phone can be done just by using the Internet - Internet Live commands. Please check some of the new features of our Phone Monitoring App (that are available for newer versions): Spy Whatsapp, Hack Whatsapp, Facebook Tracker, Telegram tracker, Snapchat tracker, Instagram tracker, Sms spy, Spy camera app, Call recorder spy or Phone Tapping.

Q: How to use SMS commands?
A: Like any SMS
Send an ordinary sms from your phone to the target phone including the command you want to execute.

Q: Are SMS commands displayed?
A: No
Sent messages will not be displayed on the phone's screen.
Note!These messages will be displayed if:
- the target phone runs Android 4.4 KitKat / 5.1 Lollipop / 6.0 Marshmallow 7.0 Nougat/
- Spapp Monitoring was uninstalled or stopped working. Please check if the Sms Tracker application is still installed on the phone.

Q: Who can use SMS commands?
A: Anyone
All Spapp Monitoring users can use SMS commands. Just keep in mind that for SURROUNDINGS you will need to have an active subscription including CALL RECORDING feature.

Q: How to upgrade my subscription to call recording?
A: Just upgrade your subscription
You can simply upgrade your existing plan. To do this, log in your account, click on Make Payment (from the Account menu) and then click the Upgrade button next to the phone subscription you would like to upgrade.

Q-1: How to check if the target phone runs Android 4.4 KitKat / 5.1 Lollipop / 6.0 Marshmallow / 7.0 Nougat
A: Use our website
- Log on your account using your email and password
- On the Available phones list select Phone info button (a blue “i”)
If Android 4.4 KitKat / 5.1 Lollipop / 6.0 Marshmallow is displayed and if you thing that this is annoying then you can customize SMS commands. Read the following article

Q-1: The customized messages don't work
A: Check them
Check that the sent SMS are identical* to the customized SMS commands set by you.
- Pay attention to uppercase/lowercase. If you do not follow this rule then the command will not be processed
- Pay attention to words spacing (do not leave any unnecessary blank space)
- Enter the exact content of the messages and do not include other extra signs or symbols

Q-2: The customized messages don't work
A: Check the diacritics/ symbols
For some diacritics or symbols are available 2 or more codes. Notes! To avoid any inconvenience we suggest you to use only A-Z, numbers and common signs. However for languages such as Russian, Serbian or Arabic you can use diacritics.

The SMS commands have not been processed by the Sms Tracker application.

Q: How to check if the SMS commands have been processed?
A: Compare data
You will need to check the last settings update on the phone.
- Log on our website using your email and password
- Select Account (right menu)
- Remote settings
- Compare “Last settings change on website” with “Last settings update on the phone”.
Attention! Before comparing data you will need to make sure that you have set your time zone. Otherwise this data will be reported to our servers time.
How to set time zone: Log on our website => go to Account section (right menu) => Site Settings => Choose your Time Zone => Save the settings.

Q: How to synchronize the settings faster?
A: Restart the application or the target phone
The settings are synchronized automatically after about 12 hours. For a faster synchronization you can try to reopen Spapp Monitoring or to restart (turn off and on) the target phone while the internet connection is ON.

Q: I can't listen to surroundings records
A: Download VLC
We suggest you to open the files using VLC player. You can download it for free from VLC audio player
If you have VLC installed on your computer, you will be able to listen the recordings directly online. Simply log in your account on our website, go to Surroundings section ( right menu) and click on the Magnifying Glass next to the recording you want to listen.

Q: Restart GPS command doesn’t work
A: Check if the target phone runs Android 4.4 KitKat / 5.1 Lollipop / 6.0 Marshmallow / 7.0 Nougat
Google has restricted this command starting with Android 4.4 KitKat. As a result, it will not work on some devices. Please check the target phone’s Android version.

Q: Take picture with front camera doesn’t work
A: No built in Secondary camera
Please check if the target phone has a built in secondary camera. If the answer is no then you can’t use this command.

Hi, The only solution is to install again the app. We apologize for the inconvenience. All tracking apps have to be installed on the phone in order to send data from the phone.


Can I track my target device's location history through SMS commands on Spapp Monitoring?


No, location history tracking is not available through SMS commands. You can only receive real-time updates of the target device's current location.


Is it possible to track a device through SMS commands without installing any software on it?


No, Spapp Monitoring requires the installation of their tracking app on the target device in order for SMS commands to work.


What happens if someone else sends an unauthorized SMS command on my behalf through Spapp Monitoring?


If someone else sends an unauthorized SMS command through your account on Spapp Monitoring, it will not be processed. Only commands sent from the registered phone number will be recognized and executed.


Is it possible to remotely uninstall or disable the tracking app through an SMS command on Spapp Monitoring?


No, this feature is not available as it goes against privacy laws and regulations. The tracking app must be uninstalled manually from the target device.
