How to disable Adaptive Battery and Battery Saver mode on Android 10 devices

In this article I'll show you how to disable Adaptive Battery and Battery Saver mode on Android 10 devices and how to add SPAPP Monitoring in exceptions list of Battery Optimization function. SPAPP Monitoring is a tracking app that works mostly in background so such features may block some or all of its function. My device is a Pixel one, but these are valid for other models such as Nexus and even some Samsung devices.

Adaptive Battery is a function built to limit what an app can do based on your specific device activity. Battery Saver is a mode that implements more restrictions especially for background apps. These functions were implemented first on Android 9 on many devices. Some devices' developers implemented their own battery saving function. However, many still have it.
Let's get started.

How to disable Adaptive Battery

1. Go to devices Settings;
2. Select Battery;
3. Select Adaptive Battery;
4. Switch OFF.
Now Adaptive Battery is switched OFF.

How to disable Battery saver mode

By doing all these steps, SPAPP Monitoring will be left to work in background without interruptions.
